Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight. At check out, the customer has the option to choose a shipping option and can select Priority for a quicker arrival date. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to orders being printed on demand. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports the order has been delivered to the provided address. Please contact your local USPS for assistance with the recovery of packages not received yet that are reported delivered. You can find your tracking information on your confirmation email or email shopkirstenBTQ@gmail.com to retrieve it.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This information is not shared with unauthorized users unless required to by law.
