WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
To reduce waste and allow for full customizability, all of our products are made to order. Although we strive to get our orders out ASAP, please allow up to 3 weeks for order processing. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges, however, please contact us here if you are not happy with your purchase.

PROCESSING TIMES
Everything is made to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks of processing in addition to the shipping time. Thank you!
SHIPPING POLICY
Economy: Typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive
Express: Arrives in 1-2 business days
International: Please allow 10-15 business days
*We are not responsible for stolen items. Please file a claim with USPS.
RETURN POLICY
Since all items are made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days of order receipt.
CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
We are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed. We do not currently offer refunds.
